Brielle Pedrick, LPC

I work with teens and young adults who are seeking to transform their relationship with food, body, and self-worth. I focus on empowering you to embrace your unique journey with compassion and understanding, moving away from the constraints of diet culture.

Using a Health at Every Size (HAES) and Body Trust framework, I create a compassionate and non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings and experiences.

My mission is to empower you to reclaim your life and create a healthier relationship with food, your body and yourself! If you’re ready to transform your relationship with food and body, let’s connect! Your journey to recovery and self-acceptance starts here!

Therapy can be a safe, supportive place to explore all of this—whether it’s low self-esteem, trauma, or challenges with eating and body image. Together, through eating disorder therapy, self-esteem work, and trauma-informed care, we’ll work to break free from shame and self-criticism. The goal? Helping you find confidence, build resilience, and start feeling at peace with yourself—inside and out.

When I’m not working I love to binge watch the latest Netflix show, go for walks, spend time with loved ones and read a good thriller book!
